One of my favorite breakouts at WeBUS Camp 2026 was Switch’s challenge to find your 5 lifeguards—the five people who will pull you back on course when you start drifting.

Using Robin Dunbar’s 150 → 50 → 5 framework, we challenged every dad to intentionally narrow down the people who get a front-row seat in their life.

Because whether you realize it or not… you’ll eventually become the average of the people you let influence you most.
