About

Welcome to WeBUS, a community of like-minded dads from across the country who come together to share experiences and support one another through life's challenges. Founded by Wes Piatt, who personally understands the struggles of dealing with childhood trauma, military service, and first responder stress, WeBUS is a beacon of hope and camaraderie.

Wes's journey began with the challenges of growing up with a mother who had bipolar disorder and schizophrenic episodes. His time serving in Iraq and Afghanistan further compounded these struggles. It was through a small group of dads on the Marco Polo app that Wes found the support he needed to overcome his hardships and avoid the brink of despair. Inspired by this experience, Wes created WeBUS to extend that lifeline to other men facing similar challenges.

Today, WeBUS supports hundreds of dads across the country, offering a safe space where they can connect and find the solidarity they need. Our community thrives on one unique rule that sets us apart:

**NO ADVICE!**

Instead of offering unsolicited advice, WeBUS DUDES share their personal experiences. This approach ensures that members receive genuine wisdom from those who have walked similar paths, free from the often unhelpful "bro advice" that can be so prevalent. By sharing stories and experiences, we empower each other to navigate life's rough seas and curate the tools and insights that resonate most with our individual journeys.

Join WeBUS today and become part of a dedicated, understanding, and diverse community. Here, you'll find education, empathy, and the reassurance that you are not alone.

  • WeBUS is intended to be a platform to help household leaders navigate the rough waters of life. We focus on mental, physical, spiritual, and other aspects that lead one to live the life they truly desire.

WeBUS is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your medical professionals before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, medical regimen, lifestyle, or mental health care.

For this system, you're only going to get out of it what you put into it. Joining WeBUS is not a magic wand, but it has helped dozens of men around the country through one rule: shared experiences only, no BRO ADVICE! This simply means we share similar experiences with each other and do not guarantee this will fix any problem, addiction, or other nuisance in your life, but instead hope to create a space where, through shared experiences, we can gather the wisdom necessary to travel the rough seas of life together.

If you are in an incredibly dark place right now, please do not delay—call the crisis hotline at 1-800-273-8255, text 838255, or text/dial 988. YOU MATTER!!! CALL NOW!!!
